Pre-Race Packet Pickup- 6:00-7:00 pm Friday, Feb 23, 2024 Break Awayz at the Beach. 819 N Ocean Shore Blvd, Flagler Beach, FL 32136. (386) 439-7700

Mandatory Pre-Race Meeting: Saturday 7:15 am for 50k race. 10:15 pm for 30k. 12:45 pm for Debby 10k

Start Times: 7:30 am for 50k race, 10:30 am for 30k, 1 pm Debby 10k race Saturday, February 24, 2024.

End Times: 4:30 pm for all races. Saturday, February 24, 2024

(3.5 hr time limit for Debby 10k, 6 hr time limit for 30k, 9 hr time limit for 50k).

Post-Race Party: 2:00-4:30 pm, February 24, 2024 Graham Swamp Trail head

Support Crews are optional. Two aid stations will be available each 6.2 mi loop. The other at 3 miles will be manned also. Both with water and electrolyte fluids, fruit, soda and prepackaged foods. Those with a support crew / pacers will have to access runners by foot at main aid station as trail head parking lot will be open to cars but will fill quickly and other entry is off busy main road ie Colbert Ln.. There will be stretches of up to 3 miles between aid stations.

Pacers will be allowed for the last 2 loops of 50k race. All runners will be required to run with a hydration vest or bottle as this will be a green race and waste will be kept to a minimum.

SWAMP is a chip timed race. However we still suggest that all runners wear a GPS watch to track their distance and for location purposes should they get lost. All runners must carry hydration bottle or pack!
